Fresh Cranberry White Chocolate Muffins

3/4 cup of unsalted butter, softened
6 squares of white baking chocolate or a cup of white chocolate baking chips
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup of Little Oak Farms CranHoney
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon grated orange peel
3 Tablespoons orange juice
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 fresh cranberries or 1 cup dried cranberries
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat of 350 degree. Cream butter, brown sugar, and CranHoney in large mixing bowl on medium speed until fluffy and light.

Add eggs, orange peel, and orange juice. Mix until blended Add flour and baking powder, mix. Fold in white chocolate and cranberries.

Line muffin tins with paper liners. Bake 21 minutes, or until lightly brown.

Cool completely and top with any cream cheese frosting. Drizzle on Little Oak Farms CranHoney!
