Do you know the value of the ingredients ie: calories, protein, carbs, sodium?

  2. I stopped by Great Harvest and wouldn't you know, the honey I picked up was the CranHoney! I can't have grapefruit, how would another citrus work?

For Audra, I entered Sarah's recipe into my recipe software (MacGourmet Deluxe) to get the nutrition information. Sarah correct me if I'm wrong, but I came up with 1.5 cups for the whole batch which is 24 tablespoons. I used 12 servings (since many dressings are 2 tablespoons for a serving) and below is the nutritional information.

  3. Thanks for doing the nutrition facts, Stef! That program looks awesome! I might just have to pick that up and use it!

For the salad, you could probably change the grapefruit out to oranges or mandarins! It depends on what taste you like better. How did you like the CranHoney?
